12th International Exhibition of Testing and Measuring Equipment Testing & Control will be held at Crocus Expo IEC in Moscow on October 27 – 29.  The event is organized by ITE Group, the leader at the exhibition services market in Russia.

In 2015 the Organiser, ITE Group, rebranded the Exhibition that was held under Aerospace Testing & Industrial Control brand for 11 years. Today the new name - Testing & Control - reveals the Exhibition designation completely: to meet the demands of visitors being representatives of aviation, rocket-and-space, metallurgical, electronics and pharmaceutical industries, machine-building, oil&gas and other industries offering them an opportunity to find integrated solutions in the sphere of production facilities fitting with up-to-date measuring and testing equipment.

All-Russian Scientific-Technical Conference "The current state of methods, tools and metrological support of experimental research, tests and operation of aviation and aerospace industries products"that will be held with the organizational support of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, the Federal Space Agency and the Federal Agency of Technical Regulation and Metrology will become the key event of the Business Programme.

The Plenary Session of the Conference moderated by Lev Isaev, the Vice President of the Metrological Academy, the Chairman of FGAOU DPO ASMS Department, a Honorary Member of the International Committee for Legislative Metrology, Professor will be conducted on October 27. The reputable industry experts will present their reports to specialists in the scope of the Session. Sergey Emelyanov, the Director of Aviation Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation will make a report on demands of the aviation complex in instrumentation and testing equipment for provision of fulfillment of Russian State programs for development of aviation equipment in the near and long term. The report presented by Yuri Kartashev, a Counselor of FSUE CAGI Director General will be dedicated to topic "Development of Measuring and Metrology Equipment in CAGI". Viktor Chaporgin, the Chief Metrologist of the Federal Space Agency will tell about the role of the metrological support in solving issues of construction and operation of rocket-and-space equipment. Mikhail Kuprikov, Acting Vice-Rector of MAI NRU will cover an important issue of staff training in his report. The following representatives of the leading Russian institutes will act as moderators at 4 sections of the Conference: Baranov CIAM FSUE, CAGI FSUE, VNIIMS FSUE and MAI NRU.
