ELEKSI is a Russian engineering group of companies that develops testing and measurement equipment tailored to specific customer requirements

24 September 2026
ELEKSI designs and manufactures test benches, measurement systems, and process equipment taking into account the specific characteristics of the product, manufacturing process, and customer requirements. The company provides a full project cycle — from task analysis and concept development to engineering design, manufacturing, implementation, and service support.

Over 10 years of operation, ELEKSI has completed more than 100 custom engineering projects for leading industrial companies in Russia, including enterprises within the Rostec, Rosatom, and Roscosmos corporations, as well as divisions of Russian Railways (RZD), the Saint Petersburg State Unitary Enterprise “St. Petersburg Metro,” Promtractor, Russian Helicopters, and other companies.

ELEKSI solutions are used for testing, inspection, diagnostics, and automation at all stages of an industrial product’s lifecycle — from the inspection of raw materials and components to the testing and quality control of finished products.

In addition to conventional engineering approaches, ELEKSI’s solutions incorporate mathematical modeling, digital twins, machine vision, and predictive analytics based on artificial intelligence methods. This enables the company to develop not off-the-shelf equipment, but optimized solutions tailored to specific production requirements, increasing process productivity by at least 30%.

Core competencies:

  • Test and endurance benches;

  • Measurement systems and complexes;

  • Diagnostic equipment;

  • Machine vision and automated quality control;

  • Digital twins and mathematical modeling;

  • Modernization of existing equipment.
