Modern Measurement and Testing Methods in Aircraft Engineering to Be Discussed at the Measurements. Testing. Control Conference

22 September 2026

On 19 October, the All-Russian Conference “Measurements. Testing. Control” will feature the panel session “Quality, Safety, Efficiency: Modern Measurement and Testing Methods in Aircraft Engineering and Air Transport.”

Date and time: 19 October, 14:15–15:45

The discussion will focus on modern approaches to measurement, testing and metrological support in aircraft engineering and air transport, the application of digital and intelligent technologies, as well as the development of testing methods and measurement systems.

The session will be moderated by Kirill Bychkov, Editor-in-Chief of Chief Metrologist magazine.

The panel session will feature:

  • Anatoly Bogoyavlensky, Chief Metrologist at the State Research Institute of Civil Aviation (GosNII GA) — “AI Technologies in Transport and Their Metrological Support.”
  • Alexander Solopchenko, Technical Director at ANO CISIS FMT — “Modern Measurement and Testing Methods in Aircraft Manufacturing and Air Transport.”
  • Sergey Nazimov, Project Manager at ETMS LLC — “Optimisation of Fatigue Testing Methods for Turbine Blades.”
  • Andrey Moskalev, Leading Researcher, Research Department No. 251 for Geometrical Measurements, D.I. Mendeleyev Institute for Metrology (VNIIM) — “Metrological Support for Threaded Connections.”
  • Maxim Klementyev, Technical Director at SIGNUM — “Intelligent Pressure Measurement Systems for Aircraft Engineering and Testing.”
  • Alexander Ivanov, Lead Sales Engineer at ACCUDYNA — topic to be confirmed.

The panel session will provide a platform for discussing practical solutions and current challenges in measurement and testing that directly affect the quality, safety and efficiency of modern aviation technologies.

The conference is free to attend with a ticket to Testing&Control, which will take place on 19–21 October at Crocus Expo in Moscow.
