“Best Metrologist 2026” Contest at Testing&Control: Test Your Skills and Win Professional INSIZE Tool Sets

The interregional professional skills competition “Best Metrologist 2026” will be held at booth F427 as part of Testing&Control.

Date and Venue

The competition will take place on October 19, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at booth F427, Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center, Moscow.

About the Competition

The competition is designed to assess the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of professionals in metrology and measurement technology.

The competition consists of two stages:

I. Theoretical Stage: a test covering the fundamentals of metrology, standards, and regulatory documentation related to linear and angular measurements.

II. Practical Stage: completion of measurement tasks using professional INSIZE equipment.

Who Can Participate

The competition is open to:

• metrology engineers;
• specialists in the verification and calibration of measuring instruments;
• heads of metrology departments;
• technical experts in measurement technology;
• senior-year students majoring in Metrology, Standardization and Certification.

Participants will be expected to demonstrate not only their theoretical knowledge but also their ability to apply it in practice.

Prizes for the Winners

1st place — a professional INSIZE measuring tool set featuring 13 instruments, plus commemorative souvenirs;

2nd place — a set of 5 INSIZE measuring instruments, plus commemorative souvenirs;

3rd place — a set of 3 INSIZE measuring instruments, plus commemorative souvenirs.
