Testing&Control 2025: Over 130 Exhibitors, Industry Conference, and TechSkills Championship

From 21 to 23 October 2025, the 22nd International Exhibition of Testing and Measuring Equipment – Testing&Control will take place at the Crocus Expo IEC, Moscow.

Testing&Control is a key event for the instrumentation industry in the field of metrology and quality control, where companies showcase a wide range of testing, measuring and metrological equipment, additive technologies, non-destructive testing and technical diagnostics tools, as well as laboratory and production control solutions for enterprises in the mechanical engineering, metallurgy, aerospace, construction, oil & gas, defence, energy, and other sectors.

This year, more than 130 Russian and international companies will present their equipment and services.

As part of the exhibition, the All-Russian Scientific and Technical Conference “Measurements. Testing. Control.” will be held. The conference agenda reflects the current state of the testing and measuring equipment market and addresses the industry’s most pressing priorities.

For the first time, the exhibition will also host the TechSkills Championship in the Digital Manufacturing competence – a team competition for professionals in the manufacturing sector aimed at demonstrating expertise in digital technologies.

Companies from Russia, China, India and Belarus will present their latest developments and technologies at Testing&Control.

In the Measuring and Metrological Equipment section, new products will be showcased by Akmetron, VNIIFTRI, Dimes, Informtest Holding, Measuring Solutions, Infostera, PromArsenal, Constructor, Mertis, Micran, PLM Ural Group, Neva Technology, NKT, Novotex Systems, NPK Diagnostika, Dipaul, PriST, RSh Tech, SmtMax, TekKnow, Terramak, Form, Eco-Test Holding, and many others.

Novotex Systems is a Russian manufacturer specialising in the production and implementation of high-precision industrial measuring equipment for monitoring geometric parameters, process equipment and non-destructive testing systems.

PriST supplies measuring instruments for electrical, radio and environmental measurements, and provides calibration and verification services.

Form is a Russian developer and manufacturer of industrial measuring instruments for microchips, semiconductor devices, and relays; automated systems for functional testing of microchips; electrical and thermal training complexes; and testing solutions. At the exhibition, the company will showcase its latest developments in ATE.

In the Testing Equipment section, visitors will see products from ASM Tests and Measurements, BLM Synergy, GCMO EMS, Dongling Technologies, Exiton Test, Xi An LIB Environmental Simulation Industry, NPP “Mera”, Mashpriborintorg-Volna, Metrotest, Nizhnyaya Volga, Ostec, Planar, Progress Research & Production, NPF Reom, Santek 2, Scientific, Sovtest ATE, TestSystems, Zavod Ispytatelnyh Priborov / Tochpribor Group, TestPartner, Elfmek and others.

TestSystems produces testing machines and rigs for tensile, compression, bending, shear, torsion, long-term strength, creep, impact toughness, low- and high-cycle fatigue tests, as well as test fixtures and accessories.

Scientific and Production Company “Reom” specialises in the manufacture of test chambers for high and low pressure, vacuum shock, solar radiation, static and dynamic dust, rain, and other types of testing.

Tochpribor manufactures testing equipment, including universal testing machines (tensile testing machines), stationary hardness testers, pendulum impact testers, dynamometers, hardness reference blocks, equipment for technological testing, as well as metallography and sample preparation equipment.

Non-destructive testing, diagnostics and monitoring systems will be presented by Lucon Pro, Vibro-Laser, Tescan, Forta, Zanger, Bauman Moscow State Technical University (BMSTU), NPK "EOMS", Leeb Precision Instrument, and others.

Lucon Pro is a supplier of non-destructive testing equipment, optical and measuring systems, mechanical testing equipment, accessories, and consumables.

SKB EP specialises in the design and production of monitoring and diagnostic devices for high-voltage circuit breakers and transformers manufactured in Russia and abroad.

The Analytical and Laboratory Equipment section will feature Arstek, IMC Group,
D-Micro, Erstvak,
Exciton Analytic, Inscan, Laser Components, Lab Solutions, Melytec, Tescan, Labortek, Synercon, YPH Group, and others.

Inscan’s main areas of activity include the supply of scanning electron microscopes, sample preparation equipment, and the integration of analytical detectors for detailed studies of elemental composition, crystallographic structure, and more.

YPH Group specialises in the production of analytical and inspection instruments. This year, the company will present a new product at the exhibition – a portable X-ray fluorescence analyser with a built-in screen, designed to measure the mass fraction of chemical elements in metals and alloys, powders, liquids, oils, ores, soils, water, plastics, and jewellery, with the capability to measure coating thickness.

Production control equipment will be showcased at the exhibition by leading Russian manufacturers and suppliers: Automation System's Laboratory (AC), Vidau Systems and Intech.

Automation System's Laboratory (AC) specialises in the design, manufacture, and implementation of systems for test and industrial facilities, automated measurement and control systems, and SCADA-based monitoring solutions.

Vidau Systems supplies professional broadcast and studio equipment, develops hardware and software solutions for broadcasting, and implements video surveillance and security systems.

Additive technologies will be represented by 3DVision, 3D Control, Lider-3D, i3D, and 3D Kontrol.

Lider-3D supplies modern 3D equipment – from compact printers to industrial systems – and provides prototyping, small-batch printing, finishing, laser engraving, 3D scanning, reverse engineering and 3D modelling services.

3DVision offers 3D scanning and modelling, 3D printing, vacuum casting in silicone moulds, and the creation of technical, architectural and urban 3D models, as well as supplying 3D printers, scanners, consumables, vacuum casting machines, industrial robots and CNC machines.

Each year, the exhibition expands with new participants. Business Programme

The exhibition’s business programme will include the All-Russian Scientific and Technical Conference “Measurements. Testing. Control.” addressing current issues in the sector.

The plenary session will feature discussions on:
  • Legislative regulation in metrology and measurement traceability;
  • Industrial Development Fund (IDF) support measures for manufacturers of testing and measuring equipment;
  • The role of internal and external communications in enhancing the competitiveness of testing centres;
  • Analytical equipment for isotope and elemental analysis of Russian production.
Thematic sessions will include:
  • Metrological support for the rocket and space industry;
  • Priority areas for the development of the Russian aviation industry: measurement, testing and control processes in aerospace manufacturing and air transport;

The business events will conclude with a round table discussion: “Import Substitution: Towards Greater Efficiency.”

Speakers will include representatives of government bodies, research institutes, and industrial enterprises – end users of testing and measuring equipment.

TechSkills Championship

For the first time, the TechSkills Championship in Digital Manufacturing will be held as part of the exhibition – a team competition for production professionals demonstrating expertise in digital technologies.

The competition tasks focus on the rational use, programming and management of controlling systems in production processes, promoting greater awareness of their importance for industrial efficiency.
