Almaz–Antey Concern is a participant in the TechSkills Championship.

The Almaz–Antey Concern will present a team from Obukhov Plant R&D Enterprise, a subsidiary of the Concern, at the upcoming TechSkills Championship.

The plant’s employees have already proven themselves in several industry-specific championships as part of the team representing Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace Instrumentation. Among their achievements:

• Hi-Tech 2023 (Yekaterinburg) — Gold in the “Digital Manufacturing” competency

• DigitalSkills 2023 (Kazan) — Gold in the same competency

• Robotics Skills 2024 (St. Petersburg) — Gold and Silver

• BRICS Future Skills & Tech Challenge 2024 — Gold in the international category

Participation in TechSkills will allow the plant to showcase its expertise in end-to-end digital architecture, including PLM–MES–SCADA–CNC systems and digital twins. In addition to the technological aspect, the championship serves as a platform to develop human resources, boost employee motivation, and exchange experience with leading teams in the industry.

Obukhov Plant R&D Enterprise is one of the largest engineering companies in St. Petersburg, with a rich history dating back to the 19th century. The company specializes in metalworking, high-precision engineering, as well as the development of measurement and robotic systems.

The TechSkills Championship will be held October 21–23 as part of the Testing&Control 2025 exhibition.
