Testing&Control Exhibition 2021


Testing&Control 2021 exhibition: over 100 participants, an updated business program and a wide selection of testing and control and measuring equipment. The International Exhibition of Testing and Measuring Equipment Testing&Control was held from October 26 to 27, 2021 in Moscow, Crocus Expo IEC.

The event was supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the State Corporation Roscosmos, the Autonomous Non-profit Organization Russian Quality System, the Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology (Rosstandart), FSUE GosNII GA, FSUE CIAM named after P.I. Baranov, FSUE VNIIMS. For the first time, the business program was supported by the State Research Center of the Russian Federation FSUE "NAMI".

The exhibition was attended by manufacturers and suppliers of measuring, metrological, testing equipment, who presented their technological innovations that allow to comprehensively solve the issues of ensuring tests and measurements at industrial enterprises.

The Testing&Control exhibition has traditionally been held in the same hall with the NDT Russia non-destructive testing equipment exhibition. Thanks to the synergy of the two industrial events, specialists got acquainted with a wide selection of equipment for testing and measurements, learned about new products on the Russian market, picked up equipment and devices necessary to solve the tasks of their companies. More than 100 Russian and foreign manufacturers and suppliers presented their products as part of the combined exposition of the two exhibitions.

Testing&Control 2021 was visited by 4,756 specialists from 42 regions of Russia (of which 2,674 specialists were interested in measuring and metrological equipment, as well as equipment for mechanical and climatic tests, non-destructive and production control).
Compared to 2020, the number of targeted visitors to the exhibition increased by 26%.
The Testing&Control exhibition continued its active development, improving the quality indicators of the visitor audience, which is the basis of the commercial effectiveness of participation for exhibitors.
The number of specialist buyers who came to search for goods and services for business increased by 21%. The number of end customers also increased by 25%, and their share reached 79%, which is 4 percentage points more than in 2020.
Positive dynamics was also achieved in the official level of visitors – the number of top managers - managers, deputy heads of companies and heads of departments - increased by 18%.
The number of specialists influencing the decision-making on the procurement of testing and control and measuring equipment has increased by 20%, and their share has reached 94%.
There was a 35% increase in the number of new visitors, and the total share of specialists who visited the exhibition for the first time reached 62%.
The interest of visitors to the exhibition in analytical equipment has increased significantly – it has increased by 46% compared to last year, the number of people interested in mechanical testing equipment has increased by 38%, production control equipment by 37%, non-destructive testing equipment by 35% and machine vision by 33%.
The Testing&Control exhibition was visited by specialists of production, research laboratories, certification centers, design bureaus, technical control departments of chemical, metallurgical, oil and gas, machine-building, aerospace, military-industrial complex, construction, instrument-making, energy and other industries.

The exhibition was accompanied by a business program - the VII All-Russian Scientific and Technical Conference "Measurements. Trials. Control", aimed at specialists and managers of industrial enterprises-customers of testing and control and measuring equipment, employees of research institutes, as well as independent laboratories.
The work of the scientific and technical conference was opened on October 26 by the Strategic session "Measurements, tests, control: key development tasks", in which the speakers were: Mikhail V. Letunovsky, Head of the Department for Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements (Metrological Service of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation) Department of State Policy in the field of Technical regulation and Ensuring the uniformity of Measurements, Marina G. Kalinnikova, Head of the Rosstandart CMTU, Sergey Y. Zolotarevsky, Head of the Accreditation Department in the field of Voluntary conformity assessment, metrology and other aspects of the activities of the Federal Accreditation Service, Sergey Alimov, Head of the Conformity assessment Department of testing facilities of FSUE "VNIIFTRI", Bakhtiyar Magomed Pashaev ogly, Head of the Department of scientific and methodological foundations of metrological services in the field of state regulation of FSUE "VNIIMS" and Mikhail Sulima, Chairman of the Council of the Association of Manufacturers of Automatic Measuring Systems.
The business program of the first day was continued by a special session of the State Corporation "Roscosmos" "Metrology, measurements and tests in the rocket and space industry", the speakers of which were: Alexey V. Golega, Chief metrologist - Head of the Metrological Service of the State Corporation for Space Activities "Roscosmos", Pavel Mikhailovich Pomortsev, Head of the Center for Metrological support of the Rocket and Space Industry of JSC "TsNIIMash", Dmitry N. Karpunin, Deputy Head of the center - Chief Metrologist of JSC "TsNIIMash" and others.
On the second day of the exhibition and the scientific and technical conference, an Aviation session "Standardization and improvement of work to ensure the uniformity of measurements and metrology - the main drivers of effective development of the aviation industry", a technological session "Metrological support of production in the conditions of digital transformation" and, for the first time, a Special session of the SSC RF FSUE "NAMI" took place.
