The programme includes the All-Russian Conference 'Measurements. Testing. Control'. How do I organise catering at my booth?

You can contact the official catering partners of "Crocus Expo" or hire an external catering company (be sure to coordinate it with the organiser no later than 2 weeks before the exhibition).

How do I determine which type of "7 Peaks" booth is right for us?

We recommend focusing on your tasks. For example, if you need to place as much information as possible about the company's products and activities on large banners using large graphics, we recommend choosing Vinson, Townsend, or Kibo. If you plan to display product samples and need showcases that are already included in the standard package, Denali and Jaya are suitable in this case. And if you need an impressive but concise booth in the company's colors, you can consider the Rimo and Jaya types with glass and PVC panels.

When and where will the Testing&Control exhibition be held?

21–23 October 2025, Moscow, Crocus Expo, Pavilion 1, Hall 3.

Where can I find the programme of events of the exhibition?

The detailed schedule of the programme of events and the list of speakers will be published on the website closer to the date of the exhibition in the section «Business Programme».

We have booked raw space. Can your company build a stand based on a custom design?

Yes. You can order an exclusive stand from us, with a design developed specifically for your company. Alternatively, you can choose one of seven custom stand styles from the “7 Peaks” catalogue.

How do we organise the unloading and delivery of equipment and exhibits to our stand?

You may unload equipment manually or using  your vehicle’s tail lift, and then carry it by hand or transport it to your stand using a trolley.
Alternatively, you can order unloading and delivery services from the Transport and Logistics Department by submitting a request at www.crocus-expo.ru/services/ under the “Loading and Unloading Services” section.
Independent loading, unloading, or transportation of cargo using lifting equipment or transport machinery (such as cranes, truck-mounted cranes, electric or hydraulic stackers), as well as transferring goods from one vehicle to another, is strictly prohibited.
